A one day high dose chemotherapy was administrated. After a few hours
vomiting started, although she has received anti nausea drugs :
Zofran
January 20th 1995
Daily injections started of
Neuprogen
a drug that promoted growth of neutrophils (type of white blood cell).
January 27th 1995
To days of "bone marrow" harvest started. This basically involved
being connected to a machine, that filtered bone marrow from the blood.
Susanne was able to go home the next day.
Loss of hair started soon after.
